Hi! I'm Katie.
I drink iced coffee by the carafe and sew quilts like the world is running out of thread. I love a big bloodhound that resides in my home and I like running with friends. Someday I want to swim across the English Channel (and maybe drink a hot coffee after that).
I made my first quilt around 1993, but didn't really take off until 2012. I make lots of different kinds of quilts, so my style is eclectic with both vintage and contemporary influences.
I still listen to Matchbox Twenty and I'm not scared to make a mistake. I make lots of scraps in my dining room sewing studio and I love connecting with other people. Find me on IG: @sagenovembersews
